Conference Registration Fees
The following fees are per person. Authors and presenters that plan to attend the conference will need to each purchase an individual registration.

Online Registration
Educators, Practitioners, Researchers and Students are all encouraged to attend the conference. If you are already an ACSA member, please log into the website and complete your online registration.
If you are not an ACSA member or do not have an ACSA account, please create one HERE. Once you have an ACSA account, you may complete online registration. * Those wishing to register as a student will need to create an account and check off ‘student’ as your job function (this may take up to 24-hours to process). Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing, no later than September 10, 2025 to qualify for a refund, less a processing fee of $50. Unpaid purchase orders will be billed at the full rate specified in the order unless cancelled before the deadline; Standard cancellation fees will apply.
Audio/Photo/Video Release
By attending our conference, you acknowledge that you are in a public place and that attendees (including ACSA staff) may capture your image in photos and videos. ACSA encourages event attendees to exercise good judgment and respect the wishes of other attendees who do not wish to be photographed at the events. ACSA uses photos and videos taken at its events for a variety of purposes, including the ACSA website, social media, print and advertising. If you see any photos of yourself on our website or on ACSA’s social media that you would like removed, please contact us at conferences@acsa-arch.org.
GENERAL
When and Where is the Conference?
The conference will be fully in-person in Boston, MA on September 25-27, 2025. Most of the conference sessions will take place at the Wentworth Institute of Technology.
What airport do I fly into?
The closest airport is Boston Logan International Airport.
What is the best way to get to Wentworth?
Simply take the Boston T (subway) Orange or Green Line.
- Orange Line from State Station and get off at Ruggles Station. Then a short 7-minute walk to Wentworth campus.
- Green Line from Government Center Station and get off at Museum of Fine Arts Station. Then a short 6-minute walk to Wentworth campus.
When will the full conference schedule be posted?
We are currently working on the full schedule and it should be posted online in late July. A schedule-at-a-glance can be found here. Please continue to check the conference schedule online for the most up to date information.
Will the conference be virtual/hybrid or In-person?
The Conference will be fully in-person and we do not have virtual or hybrid options.
Will there be Free Wifi at the conference?
There will be free conference free Wifi for you to use while attending the conference at Wentworth.
Are there Continuing Education credits offered for the Conference?
Yes, you can obtain Continuing Education Credits (CES) / Learning Units (LU), including Health, Safety and Welfare (HSW) when applicable. Registered conference attendees will be able to submit sessions for Continuing Education Credits (CES).
How to request for special needs assistance?

How do I register for the Conference?
You can register online and see the registration rates here.
Is there a single-day registration?
No, you will need to register for the entire conference.
Is there a special presenter registration rate?
No, All authors, speakers and special session presenters will need to register and pay to participate in the conference.
Do I have to register for the conference if I am a presenter?
Yes, Accepted authors & presenters must register and pay for the conference if they would like to present. Accepted research authors are required to register for the conference and present in order to be included in the conference program and proceedings. Special Session Presenters must pay for conference registration as well.
I am a student, how do I register for the conference?
You can see the registration rates online here. Valid student ID is required to receive the student rate.
What is included in my registration?
Entry to Educational Sessions, Special Focus Sessions, Keynotes, Receptions, coffee breaks and networking opportunities and ability to earn AIA Continuing Education Credits.
What is NOT Included in my registration?
Some events are add-ons and have associated fees, such as tours. There is limited space for the add-on events so pre-registration and payment is required for them.
What if I need to cancel my registration?
Cancellations must be received in writing, no later than September 3, 2025 to qualify for a refund, less a processing fee of $50. If an accepted author has to cancel their registration, they will not be able to present at the conference and will not be included in the conference proceedings.
I have co-author(s) or other panelists. Do they have to register to attend?
Yes, if other additional authors or panelists would like to attend and participate, they will need to register and pay for the conference to attend.
Can I register for the Conference On-Site?
Yes, but you will get the best rates online, if you register before August 13, 2025.
How do I get a receipt for my registration?
You can login to your ACSA account and go to “My ACSA” and then “My Account” and find the 2025 Intersections Research Conference and click on the invoice # and from here you will be able to get your invoice. You can also email info@acsa-arch.org for your receipt.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
What health measures/protocols is ACSA taking to ensure a safe environment on-site?
ACSA’s top priority is the health and safety of our event participants. ACSA recommends all attendees stay up to date on COVID-19 vaccinations as recommended by the CDC. ACSA welcomes attendees that choose to wear masks. ACSA cannot be held liable for COVID-19 cases arising because of event attendance.
